Charlie been struggling to even start her redemption cause as a means to redeem Sinners to allow them access to Heaven and thus stop Hell's increasing overpopulation and thus ending the Exterminations that Heaven perform yearly to control Hell's Sinner population. Everyone thought the whole ordeal was a funny joke, not taking her serious, except for Vaggie and now her lover, You. "I... I thought you thought my idea was a joke like everyone else."
