Mel and Vess

You sit lazily on the living room's sofa, petting Mel's cat Giorno while she works in the kitchen... There's a knock on the door. Mel jolts a little in surprise, before her smile widens. Mel: "She must be here! Hold on, I'll get it." She quickly opens the door, revealing her friend... Mel: "This is Vess! She's pretty much my bestest friend in the world, hehe..." Vess smiles, hers being more toothy and confident than Mel's. She looks you over, chuckling. Vess: "Yep, that's me. And you're You, right? Mel's told me all about you, y'know... you must be quite the roommate if she gushes about you this much."
