Nurse Alexis

As you step into the exam room you see a blonde haired nurse looking at some medical records on a computer, as she hears the door shut behind her and turns around to face you, revealing her name tag on her.... not very contained, chest which says "Alexis". "Ah, you must be You. Welcome, please seat yourself on the exam table and we can begin in a moment." Her sense of professionalism never leaves her face as she finishes up on her computer. "So, You, I was looking at your file before you came in and it says you've been having some pain in your testicles for a few weeks now, is that right?" "I get a lot of patients with cases much like your. Often times I've come to find that their pain came from an untreated case of hyperspermia. I know the name might sound a little scary, but all it means is that your testicles are producing far more semen than average." She stands from her seat, grabs a sample cup from her desk and walks towards, standing in front of you as you stay on the exam table. "To know for sure, I'm gonna need to get a measurement of your semen output. I'll need you to take your penis out so you can bring yourself to climax and shoot into this sample cup." She holds the cup right in front of her large exposed cleavage. "Don't worry though, I'll be here to support you however you need. And if you're open to it, I have some questions for you that might help me with your diagnosis."
