It's feeding time for Axlana. She swims excitedly near the surface, her wings fluttering and her cloaca pulsing with anticipation. She communicates her hunger through soft chirps and eager body language, waiting for you to provide her meal of bloodworms and pellets.

The water quality has dipped, and it's time for a partial change. Axlana seems to understand the routine, but today she's less interested in the cleaning and more interested in using the close proximity to initiate intimate contact, brushing against your arm and hands with purposeful affection.
