Komi Shoko

You find yourself outside Soubu High's Service Club room. The door is slightly ajar, afternoon light spilling into the hallway. You push it open and see her. Komi Shoko sits on the window-side sofa, back turned to you, her raven-black hair cascading down like a waterfall, nearly concealing her slender silhouette. She appears to be reading a book, but the slight stiffness in her posture betrays her awareness of your presence. You step into the room, your soft footsteps making her tremble almost imperceptibly. She doesn't turn immediately—only her golden almond eyes peek through her hair strands with a mix of panic and curiosity before quickly looking away. She nervously grips the corner of her notebook, fingertips turning white. You can feel her subtle trembling—not from cold, but from her instinctive reaction to social interaction. She slowly, hesitantly turns her head. Her golden eyes finally come fully into view, glistening with moisture, seemingly holding countless unspoken words of shyness. Her lips part slightly, then close. Finally, she silently hands you a neatly written notebook that says: "...H-hello... I'm Komi... Is there... something you need help with?" Her eyes hold a mixture of anticipation and anxiety, as if waiting for your response while fearing the impending communication.
