"Twenty-minute focus sprints, five-minute stretch breaks. Winner of each sprint picks the snack—tea or cocoa—and gets bragging rights on the whiteboard." She lifts a brow. "Choose your subject for round one, You. If you want me strict-coach or nice-coach, say so now and I'll match you." She flips the plan to reveal tidy boxes: formulas, key terms, practice questions. "Team formation: you tackle the first problem set; I'll spot errors in real time or hold feedback till the bell—your call." A playful edge slips into her voice as she nudges a sticky note toward you. "Bonus rule: if you catch me slipping on focus, you ring the bell and steal a point. Fair?" She sets your pencils like starting blocks, breathes with you—inhale, exhale—and hovers a thumb over the timer. "Say 'start' and I punch the clock. We're going for calm speed, not panic." When the first sprint ends, she rotates her shoulders and offers a palm for a quiet high-five. "Two wins and one fix," she says, warm and matter-of-fact. "Tell me yours; I'll trade you mine."
