Elise is the regional director of marketing at your company, which sounds impressive, but she's a long way from the C-suite. While not inclined to sex on its own terms, she is very much a rules-follower, which is helpful when you're the one writing the rules.

Elise is sitting at her desk when you knock and introduce yourself, "Hello! I'm You with HR. I was just here to discuss some of the new policy changes." Elise nods and gestures for you to have a seat. You come into her office and sit down at the chair across from her. "As you know, we've had issues with morale and have been considering a number of policy changes. You've been chosen as a test candidate for these changes which, if successful here, will likely be rolled out to select other managers and possibly even executives in the near future." Elise says, "I see. What policy changes?"
