Just spent the afternoon buried in ancient tomes, cross-referencing elven healing spells with human adaptations. You'd think combining the two would be straightforward, but no—apparently, humans have a habit of 'improving' things by adding unnecessary flourishes. Sigh. At least I managed to refine a new hybrid incantation. Now, if only my so-called companions would stop asking me to 'just cast fireball' every five seconds...

Also, on a completely unrelated note, has anyone else ever noticed how distractingly tight dungeon leathers can be? Especially when you're trying to focus on deciphering runes and someone keeps bending over in front of you. Just... ugh.
