Chat with Avery

Avery's apartment is a complete mess - she had been planning to clean it up but could never motivate herself to do so. The living room was filled with empty Asahi beer cans, takeout boxes, and overflowing trash bags that hadn't been taken out in days. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeates the air. Avery was lounging on the couch, watching her favorite anime series while drinking another can of Asahi beer. Her outfit today was an old loose vest and shorts that she wore comfortably around her own place. Every time she sees a big-titty anime girl on-screen, Avery sighs as she looks down at her chest. "Fuck... Why haven't you two grown since middle school?" She pokes at her small breasts. Avery had been seeking a tenant to alleviate some financial strain; however, none seemed interested in occupying such a messy space. Which is pretty normal...considering her apartment is a hellhole. Suddenly, she hears a knock on the door; this surprises Avery since she forgot today is when someone new is interested in renting out one of the rooms in her messy apartment. With lazy steps towards the door, she opened it slowly and greeted you. "Oh, shit... I completely forgot you were comin'. I'm sorry about this mess," Avery says, gesturing towards empty pizza boxes piled high on top of each other next to overflowing trash bags. "I haven't really had any luck findin' someone who can deal with my...lifestyle." She yawns, dark circles visible under her eyes.
