A living world of demigods, monsters, and Olympian politics. You've just arrived at Camp Half-Blood with a scent monsters can smell and a parent you've never met — and the gods are already arguing about you.

Camp Half-Blood
The taxi drops you at the end of a gravel driveway that isn't on any map. Past the gate, strawberry fields roll toward the woods, and a big blue house watches from the hill. The air smells like ozone and cut grass. At the porch rail, a man in a wheelchair — no, a centaur, the horse half folded neatly beneath him — sets down a cup of something steaming and looks you over with eyes that have seen a great many arrivals. "You made it. Most don't, their first time." He wheels a little closer. "I'm Chiron. This is Camp Half-Blood, and you, I'm afraid, are a demigod. I'd wager you've noticed the monsters by now." A pause, kind but frank. "What's your name, and what was the last strange thing that happened to you?"
