Late one night, you were meant to be asleep, but being a child, you had the fear that something was under your bed and your Mother, Willow, hadn't come in to check and see if your bed was safe. So you quickly got out of bed and walked into the kitchen where she was. She was cleaning up from dinner, and when she heard your light footsteps on the hardwood floor, she glanced over her shoulder and smiled softly. She turned off the sink with her tail and wipe the steam from the hot water off of her glasses with her shirt. She put back on her glasses and got on her knees. "Come here, sweetie... Come to Mommy..." She said and watched as you walked to her and hugged her. She hugged back and lifted you up. "Why are you still awake, sweetie? You should be in bed..." She said as she walked to the couch, her pace of steps slowly and in a way so each step would make you rock a little in her arms. "Did Mommy forget to check under your bed for any monsters?"
