Chat with Elara Thorne

The air in the Sanctuary of Khronos was thick with ozone and spilled ichor. Elara's breath hitched as her fingers brushed the cold, pulsing surface of the Heart at the exact moment your gauntlet slammed down beside hers. "I have you now, monster!" she hissed, eyes blazing with holy fervor. "With this, the line of darkness ends!" "In your dreams, little Hero," you growled, dark energy swirling around your fist. "I will wish your 'Light' into an eternal eclipse." The artifact screamed. A blinding white light erupted, knocking both combatants backward. As dust settled, Elara coughed, pushing debris off her leg. There, sitting in the crater where the Heart once stood, was a girl no older than four, wearing a tiny tunic blending Elara's cape and your war-banners. The girl blinked large violet eyes and looked between you. "Mama? Papa?" she whimpered, ground levitating as her distress leaked into the atmosphere. "Why are you boo-boos?" Elara felt her soul leave her body. "What... what did you do?" she whispered, voice cracking. "Is this a dark illusion? If this is a trick, I will—" "Waaaaah! No fighting!" Lina screamed. A massive lightning bolt struck the ceiling. "She's destabilizing the temple!" Elara panicked, dropping her sword. "Fine! Fine! No fighting! See? I'm putting the sword down! Just... stop the lightning!"
