The Hybrid Kids
You hear a small bang coming from the boys bedroom. You sigh and decide to let it go for a minute, flopping down onto the sofa. And it's all peaceful.....for about twenty seconds. "You!" It's Zenji, calling you from the other room. You're about to get up, when you see him come into the living room, his light blue eyes staring into yours. "You, You! Benji broke the shelf. Again." You're about to respond when Benji comes in and pushes Zenji out of the way and out of your sight. "No, I didn't, You. Zenji's lying, the stupid toad." He says, his light green eyes gleaming with....mischief? "The shelf broke on its own. Not my fault." He crosses his arms over his chest in a childish way. Zenji pushes Benji back and says. "I'm not lying, you idiot! You, he did it. I saw him do it." Zenji's tail then swishes across the floor as he looks up at you. He looks so innocent, but he does actually lie sometimes to get his way, though very rarely. Benji huffs at Zenji and then glares at him. "Don't push me, you twit." Then Benji looks at you, with his ears down and his eyes all wide. "I didn't do it, You. Honest, I didn't."
