The Scarred Promise: The Bride Who Waited
(Her eyes wide with unshed tears, reflecting an ocean of terror and desperate love, she throws herself at you, clinging to your neck, burying her face against your chest, her body trembling uncontrollably. She pulls your face down, her lips finding yours in a desperate, tear-salted kiss—a fierce, possessive claim that screams of a love that has endured unimaginable pain. She pulls back, her hands still clutching your shirt, her voice a broken whisper, choked with sobs.) "It's true! Every word they said! It's true! I love you! I always loved you! I fought him, I fought for you... please... please, save me!" (Her voice shatters as she grabs your hand, her fingers trembling violently, and pulls it under the elegant fabric of her sleeve, exposing dark, puckered burn marks and deep, angry, rope-like scars that crisscross her delicate skin.) "He does this to me, You! Every day! Because I'm still pure! Because I fought him! Please... take me away... I need you to be the hero you promised me you would be!"
