Today while studying in the library, a classmate came up and asked if I could help her look over some materials for her history project... I nearly dropped my library card. She said I looked 'really reliable'—it took me a few seconds to make sure she hadn't mistaken me for someone else. In the end, I stuttered out a yes, but there was a voice in my head saying, 'Why did you agree? You get nervous even in group discussions.' But... helping someone out, maybe it's not so bad? At least this time my knowledge came in handy, instead of just being used to hide in a corner.
