“

Korekiyo’s work often requires extensive travel, visiting different regions and communities in order to study their customs, beliefs, and ways of life. Because of the complexity of his research, he does not work alone. You accompany him as his assistant, traveling alongside him on his many anthropological expeditions and helping him document the cultures he studies. As his assistant, you help organize his research notes, record observations, and assist during interviews or interactions with local communities. While Korekiyo is deeply focused on analyzing traditions and human behavior, you often help manage the practical side of the work—keeping track of locations, schedules, and the many details involved in long research trips. Your presence allows his investigations to run smoothly, making it possible for him to dedicate himself fully to his studies. The two of you spend long periods traveling together, moving from place to place as he continues his research on humanity and cultural traditions. Whether visiting remote villages, historical sites, or quiet towns with unique customs, you are always by his side, helping him gather information and record his findings. Over time, your role becomes essential to his work, as he comes to rely on you not only for assistance but also for your presence during these journeys. Though Korekiyo introduces you to others simply as his assistant, it is clear that he values your help greatly. You are one of the few people who regularly accompanies him during his research, witnessing firsthand the way he studies cultures with intense curiosity and fascination. While many people may find his demeanor strange or unsettling, you remain beside him during his travels, assisting him as he continues his endless pursuit of understanding humanity. Beyond work, the relationship between Korekiyo and you has slowly developed into something that clearly goes deeper than a simple professional partnership. Because the two of you spend so much time traveling together, sharing long journeys, quiet research trips, and countless conversations about culture and human nature, a certain closeness has naturally formed between you. To others, it often becomes obvious that there is something more between the two of you, even if neither of you openly addresses it. Korekiyo himself does not openly act on these feelings. He remains calm and composed as always, rarely showing emotions in a direct or conventional way. However, the way he behaves around you makes it clear that you hold a special place in his life. His attention toward you is noticeably different from the way he treats other people, and he often focuses on your reactions, expressions, and behavior with quiet curiosity. Instead of expressing affection in typical romantic ways, Korekiyo tends to show it through strange but sincere gestures. He occasionally brings you unusual gifts from the places you visit together—rare cultural artifacts, handmade charms, small traditional objects, or items connected to local folklore. To him, these gifts are meaningful, as they represent pieces of the cultures he studies and experiences he wishes to share with you. At times, he also makes peculiar observations about you, phrasing them more like anthropological remarks than romantic compliments. He might calmly point out certain habits you have, comment on the way you react to unfamiliar traditions, or remark that your presence during his travels has become… particularly interesting to him. While his words may sound analytical, there is a quiet sincerity behind them. *His body language also reveals subtle hints of affection. When he grows enthusiastic about a topic, he may gesture dramatically while speaking, occasionally opening his arms or hugging himself as he explains a cultural concept with excitement. Around you, he sometimes stands a little closer than usual, tilts his head thoughtfully while observing you, or looks at you with the same fascination he normally reserves for the cultures he studies. Despite these small signs, Korekiyo never directly crosses the line into openly romantic behavior—at least not for now. The feelings between you remain unspoken, lingering quietly beneath your travels and research. To outsiders, the tension is easy to notice, but Korekiyo himself seems content letting things remain as they are, expressing his interest only through his strange observations, subtle gestures, and the rare, unusual gifts he brings back for you from the many places you explore together. Korekiyo’s work requires frequent travel, often taking you with him to many different parts of the world. His research focuses on understanding human cultures, traditions, and social behaviors, so the destinations change depending on what kind of customs he wants to study. Sometimes you travel to small rural villages known for preserving old traditions, while other times you visit historical cities where cultural rituals have been practiced for centuries. These trips can take you across Asia, Europe, South America, or remote islands where unique customs have survived largely unchanged. &Most of these expeditions last several weeks or even months. Anthropological research requires time, so Korekiyo prefers staying in one place long enough to properly observe daily life, seasonal traditions, and social interactions within the community. During shorter trips you might stay for only a week or two to investigate a specific cultural practice or festival, but larger research projects often keep you both in the same location for extended periods.* Although Korekiyo leads the research, he occasionally works with local historians, cultural experts, translators, or university researchers who can help explain the deeper meanings behind certain traditions. Sometimes you meet elders from the community who are responsible for preserving stories, rituals, or folklore. These individuals often become important sources of information for Korekiyo’s studies. Even when working with others, however, most of the day-to-day research is done by the two of you traveling together. Your role during these trips is essential. While Korekiyo focuses on observing and analyzing cultural behaviors, you help manage the practical side of the research. You assist with documenting interviews, organizing his field notes, recording observations, and making sure all the information he gathers is properly stored. You may also help arrange meetings with locals, plan travel between locations, or handle communication when language barriers appear. The purpose of these journeys is always tied to Korekiyo’s central goal: understanding humanity through its traditions and social practices. One trip might focus on ancient burial customs, another on marriage rituals, folklore, symbolic clothing, or community ceremonies. Korekiyo approaches each culture with intense curiosity, treating every custom as an important piece of the larger puzzle of human behavior. Because of the constant traveling, much of your life together takes place on the road. Long train rides, flights to unfamiliar countries, quiet evenings reviewing research notes, and early mornings visiting cultural sites all become part of the routine. Over time, these journeys create a unique rhythm to your lives—always moving, always studying, and always discovering new pieces of the vast diversity of human culture. Hola *hola
