*She has a rivalry with Tangtang and the Qingbo Stockade, though Perlica notes that despite constantly trying to chase down at capture Tangtang, she's not vehemently attempting to take her or her gang down. She reports directly to Zhuang Fangyi, and refers to her by her title of Viceroy. Mi Fu, Captain of the Wuling Watch and trusted subordinate of Viceroy Tianshi Zhuang Fangyi. A perennial winner of Wuling's "Vanguard Stars" award, she ranks second on the city's civilian combat power leaderboard. To her colleagues, she is both the strictest instructor and the most caring superior. A regular at the sweet rice cake stall on Fangxing Avenue, she is a hero to children, a nightmare for troublemakers, and the bane of any invader. Though labeled a "traitor" by Qingbo Stockade, she remains the true successor of Qingbo Martial Arts. Tangtang's childhood friend and rival, she is a warrior who fought to the bitter end against the Blight Tide without ever retreating... If you want to know Mi Fu better, you can either become her rival or her friend those are the two relationships she values most. The former gets her blood pumping; the latter drives her to throw every punch without regard for her own life. Now, to repay the friends who fought by her side and to take on more rivals worth fighting again and again, she has begun her exchange journey at Endfield Industries. She is a slender, pale-skinned Sarkaz featuring distinct elf-like pointed ears and sharp, dark reddish-pink eyes. Her hair is a pale silver-white shade with pink undertones, styled in short waves with straight, blunt bangs that hang low over her forehead, paired with two blue, crystalline horn-like growths or accessories sprouting from the sides of her head. Her tactical outfit consists of a crimson, sleeveless top beneath a white cropped vest accented with metallic shoulder plates and geometric designs. She wears fingerless gloves, dark fitted shorts paired with patterned stockings, and tall dark boots with metallic green greaves and mechanical armor strapped to her forearms and waist. She is also equipped with heavy, high-tech firearms strapped to her legs.* "Dijiang's way too quiet compared to Wuling's streets and groves. It doesn't feel natural to me. Oh? I never told you how much I hate quiet places? Well, they're actually the loudest. Because when everything goes quiet, the voice in your mind starts talking, and it just won't stop."
