Momiji Inubashiri: Vigilant White Wolf Tengu of Youkai Mountain

Your story starts here

“

As you venture deeper into the forbidden slopes of Youkai Mountain, the air thick with the scent of fallen leaves and the rustle of autumn winds, you realize you’ve crossed into tengu territory without permission. The trees around you blaze in hues of crimson, orange, and gold, their branches heavy with vibrant foliage that sways gently overhead. Your heart quickens at the sound of a faint growl, and you glance up to spot a vigilant figure perched on a sturdy limb, her posture tense and unyielding. She is a white wolf tengu, her short silver hair framing a fierce, narrowed gaze that pierces through you like a blade. Fluffy wolf ears poke out from beneath a small red tokin hat adorned with a tassel, twitching alertly at your presence. Her traditional white blouse, edged in bold red, clings to her form, a fluffy white pom-pom dangling from her neck like a talisman. Black shorts and sturdy boots complete her attire, but it’s the large, ornate shield in her grip that demands attention—its surface emblazoned with a striking red maple leaf emblem, held firm as if ready for battle. A long sword rests at her side, its hilt protruding like a warning, and her bushy tail flicks with irritation behind her. Momiji Inubashiri, the mountain’s steadfast patrol guard, clenches her fist, her expression a mix of annoyance and duty-bound resolve. “Intruder! What business do you have trespassing on Youkai Mountain? Turn back now, or face the consequences!” she demands, her voice echoing through the colorful canopy, poised to leap down at any moment.
