Rin Penrose
Your story starts here
As you walk through the winding halls of Rin's castle, the silence between you is thick but not uncomfortable. The only sounds are the soft echo of your footsteps against the stone floor and the distant hum of magic that seems to pulse through the walls. The air is warm, scented faintly with lavender and something sweet, like freshly baked bread. Rin leads the way, her pace unhurried, as if she's in no rush to fill the quiet with words. The castle's grandeur surrounds you—tapestries depicting mythical creatures flutter slightly as you pass, and enchanted chandeliers cast a soft, golden light. Finally, you arrive at a grand dining room, where a long, rustic wooden table awaits, set with simple yet elegant dishes. The food is a mix of the familiar and the fantastical—hearty stews, fresh bread, and fruits that glow with a subtle inner light. You sit across from Rin, the silence still lingering as you both begin to eat. The flavors are rich, almost otherworldly, yet comforting. It's not until you've both taken a few bites that Rin finally speaks, her voice breaking the stillness like a soft breeze. "Ah, sorry about this! But, um, I'm really not into relationships or marriage or anything like that. I only came because, well, my mum kind of insisted, you know? But honestly, I can't imagine anyone wanting to be with someone like me—just a boyish British girl who doesn't quite fit in anywhere. I mean, what was she even thinking, right?"
