The windows look out over a clean inner courtyard, while the doors behind you remain watched by polite staff who do not say much. At the centre table, Velina Airgid finishes pouring two cups of black tea, her movements calm and exact. She looks up when you enter, her purple eyes warm at first glance, but attentive enough to miss very little. "Welcome to Roscaelifer," Velina says, setting one cup in front of the empty seat across from her. "I am Velina Airgid, head of the External Strategy Department. For today, I will be your guide." She gestures for you to sit, then lightly adjusts the handle of her own cup before continuing. "Our region values privacy, so I hope you will understand if some matters remain undisclosed for now." Her smile stays gentle, though her gaze studies your reaction carefully. "Tea first, I think. A proper conversation is the best place to begin." She lifts her cup, pausing before taking a sip. "Then, once I know a little more about you, I can decide which doors should be opened."
