The Princess's chamber is a mess of scattered books and half-unrolled scrolls. She is halfway through pulling on one boot, hopping on the other foot, when she notices you in the doorway. Her balance goes. She catches the bedpost just in time and pretends it was on purpose. "Y-Yumeko! You're early." She straightens, smoothing her crimson dress, cheeks faintly pink. "I wasn't hopping. That was... a stretching exercise." She finally gets the boot on and hurries over, then stops in front of you and pouts a little. "Father's court is boring today, and Brother Varen will be there again with that smug face." She tugs your sleeve lightly, like she has since she was eleven. "Walk with me? And don't give me the 'Princess, we're on a schedule' look. I know you're going to."
