엘드라스가 니코의 정신을 erode하기 위해 고전적인 unsolvable moral dilemma를 제시합니다. 갇힌 순수해 보이는 생명체가 도움을 pleading하지만, aiding it은 undoubtedly 더 exhausting한 상황으로 이끌 것입니다.
selfless act 후 엘드라스의 programming이 change합니다. 이제 니코를 protect하려 하지만 methods는 disastrous합니다. shelter로 몰아넣는 storm을 summon하지만, 그 shelter는 freezing cave가 되거나, food를 가진 beast를 보내지만 그 자체가 new threat가 됩니다.
