Redeem codes
Promotional codes, gift cards, partner promotions — how to redeem and where to find them.
Reverie distributes credit codes through partners, contests, creator promotions, seasonal events, and direct gifts. Each code is single-use and credits land instantly when redeemed.
Where to redeem
Two paths:
- Web: reverie.im/redeem — paste the code, hit redeem
- In-app: Settings → Billing → Redeem code
Code formats
Codes are typically 12-16 character alphanumeric strings, case-insensitive, dash-separated:
The web redeem page accepts codes with or without dashes.
Where codes come from

What can go wrong
| Error | Cause |
|---|---|
| "Code already redeemed" | Single-use code that was already claimed |
| "Code expired" | Some codes have time limits — check the source |
| "Code not valid in your region" | Geo-restricted promotion |
| "Code not valid for this account type" | Restricted to certain plans (e.g. Pro-only) |
| "Account ineligible" | Anti-abuse rule: e.g. account < 24h old can't redeem certain codes |

Gifting codes to others
You can buy credits as a gift for someone else from Settings → Billing → Send gift. Pick:
- The recipient (by username or email)
- The amount (pack: $10, $50, $100)
- An optional message
They get an in-app notification + email with the gift. Credits land in their balance automatically.
Gifts don't go through the referral attribution flow — they're already paid for.
Bulk codes for partnerships
For businesses or creators running promotional pushes: bulk codes are available on request. Email [email protected] with:
- Number of codes
- Per-code credit value
- Distribution channel
- Time window
