Creator analytics
The two dashboards that exist and which numbers are worth acting on.
Reverie gives creators two analytics views: a live view of everything you have made, and a deep view of one character. Everything else in Creator Center is a card, not a dashboard.
Overview: all your work, right now
Creator Center → Overview answers "what is happening today".
| Block | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today, live | Conversations and unique users so far today, and how that compares with yesterday |
| Last conversation | When the most recent chat happened, and with which character |
| Last 7 days | A day-by-day series of conversations, unique users, new favourites and new followers |
| Week totals | The week's totals with week-over-week change, calculated from complete days only — it stays blank until there is a full week to compare against |
| Per character | Each character's conversations and unique users this week against last week, with a status of new, rising, active, quiet, dormant or unused |
Creator Center → Works lists every character with Status, Conversations, Views, Favorites, Rating, Points Earned, a last-7-days sparkline and this week's figure. Sort by most conversations, most favorites, highest rated, most points, newest, or this week's conversations.
Character analytics: one work in depth
Open a character from Works and choose Analytics.
| Block | What it shows | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Last 30 days | Daily conversations, messages, unique users, new favourites and views | Today is live; earlier days come from the nightly snapshot |
| Bond funnel | How many users reached each bond level with this character | Players cannot see their own bond level |
| Conversion | Profile views, Chatted, Came back | Views are lifetime page opens; the other two count signed-in users in the last 30 days, so this is not a clean percentage |
| Reviews | Average rating, total, the 1–5 distribution and recent reviews | |
| Completeness checklist | A score plus per-item checks across identity, visuals, openings, dialogue quality and play depth | The items marked required are what gate recommendation |
| Distribution | Whether the character is in the new-and-noteworthy window and how many days are left, in the popular pool, featured, or an editors' pick | |
| Collections | Each editorial collection the character appears in, with clicks and chats started from it |
Which numbers to act on
- Blocking completeness items. They are the only numbers here that directly decide whether a character enters the recommendation pools. Clear them first.
- Days left in the new-and-noteworthy window. The launch window is finite; if a character is still incomplete while it runs, the window is being wasted.
- Chatted vs came back. Getting people to a second day is a different problem from getting them to open the profile, and this is the only place the difference is visible.
- Quiet and dormant statuses in Works. They flag characters whose usage has fallen away while you were looking somewhere else.
Ratings and follower counts also feed the verified badge thresholds.
How fresh the numbers are
Creator statistics are cached for 120 seconds and may be served up to 15 minutes stale while a refresh runs behind the scenes, so a figure can lag a few minutes. Today's numbers are live; the daily history is written by a nightly snapshot, so yesterday's row settles after that run. Creator Center shows when its statistics were last updated and offers a Refresh action.
Earnings figures
Creator Center → Earnings carries the money views rather than audience views: your credit earnings statistics, Points History (the ledger of character rewards, per character), the USD support balance with wallets, withdrawals and recent supports, and a Plugin commissions card showing This month, Pending, Total earned and the next settlement date.
What does not exist
Do not plan around these — they are not in the product:
- No Stories dashboard and no Audience dashboard.
- No export of any kind. There is no CSV or JSON download on any creator screen.
- No countries, regions or other demographics.
- No top hashtag, top scenario or top model breakdown.
- No average-messages-per-chat figure, and no per-post analytics page — creator posts count views and nothing else.
Creators see aggregates only. You never see a transcript, and challenger identities are deliberately excluded from bounty analytics for the same reason.
