Subscriptions
The three plans, what each includes, and how renewal and cancellation work.
A subscription grants a block of credits every month, unlocks the advanced-tier models and image-to-video, and raises the rewards you already earn. Everything on this page lives at Settings → Subscription.
The three plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Credits granted each month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $9.99 | $99.99 | 2,600,000 |
| Premium | $19.99 | $199.99 | 6,000,000 |
| Ultimate | $59.99 | $599.99 | 22,000,000 |
Annual billing saves about 17% against paying monthly — the plan picker shows Save ~17%. An annual plan still grants its credits monthly: you get one month's allocation at a time, not twelve at once.
There is no free trial. Without a subscription you still get a one-time 30,000-credit signup grant and the daily rewards — see Credits.
What a subscription includes
Every paid plan unlocks the same capabilities; the tiers differ in credits and limits, not in features.
- Advanced-tier models in the model picker — Models
- Image to video, which needs an active subscription
- Uncensored image generation and unlimited custom characters
- Certain AI creation features without credit cost
- Priority support — a reply within 24 hours, against 3 working days for standard tickets
Five numbers scale with the tier:
| Perk | Pro | Premium | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bonus credits on every credit pack | +15% | +18% | +21% |
| Daily check-in bonus | +25% | +50% | +100% |
| Lucky draw multiplier | ×2 | ×3 | ×5 |
| Free-model message quota | ×3 | ×4 | ×5 |
| Voice clones, annual plans only | 1 | 2 | 3 |
Renewal
Card subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of every billing period — each month on a monthly plan, each year on an annual one — Reverie charges the same card again and the plan continues. If you don't want the next charge, cancel before the renewal date; see Cancelling.
Your plan shows the date: Your subscription will renew on …, or Your subscription will end on … once a cancellation is pending.
Three kinds of subscription never renew. They run to the date shown and then stop:
- paid with cryptocurrency
- redeemed from a gift card
- a plan retired by the payment-system change, badged Not renewing
Annual plans get a reminder email before the renewal charge. Monthly plans do not — the renewal date on Settings → Subscription is the thing to check.
If a renewal payment fails, the plan goes Past due and the monthly credits pause. Reverie keeps retrying for a few days and emails you; Update Payment Method restores the benefits as soon as a charge succeeds.
Changing plan
Change your plan lists the tiers; Manage Subscription holds Upgrade Subscription and the rest.
- Upgrade — takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. The current period's allocation is recalculated: the days already elapsed stay at the old plan's rate, the remaining days move to the new plan's rate, and the difference is granted at once.
- Downgrade — scheduled for the start of the next period, so you keep the larger allocation until then. The page shows Plan will switch to … on … with a Keep … button that cancels the scheduled downgrade.
Not every payment method supports plan changes. A cryptocurrency subscription can't be changed in the app, and where a change isn't possible the option isn't shown.
Cancelling
Cancelling always takes effect at the end of the current period. There is no immediate cancellation, and the period you've already paid for is not refunded.
Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription opens a three-step flow: Reason, Your options, Confirmation.
Reason
Pick one of Too expensive, Missing features I need, I don't use it enough, Found an alternative or Other reason, with a box for detail.
Your options
Reverie first shows what you'd be giving up, including how many of this period's credits are still unused. I still want to cancel moves on to a retention offer — Stay for 20% less, which is 20% off the next 3 months on the same plan — and then to a smaller-plan offer. Declining both continues to the last step.
Confirmation
Confirm Cancellation ends the plan on the period end date. Keep Subscription backs out and changes nothing.
After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end date and a Reactivate Subscription button appears. Reactivating before that date clears the pending cancellation, and the subscription renews as before.
Unused plan credits expire when the period ends. The confirmation screen says it plainly: you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then the plan ends and unused credits expire. Credits you bought or earned sit in a separate balance and are unaffected — which credits expire.
Cryptocurrency and gift-card subscriptions can't be cancelled in the app at all: they end on their own on the date shown.
Plans retired by the payment change
Reverie changed payment systems, and subscriptions bought under the old one can't renew themselves. If you have one:
- It is badged Not renewing and has a fixed end date. Until that date nothing changes — monthly credits, advanced models and every other benefit keep working.
- From 7 days before the end date you see an in-app strip and get an email. The re-subscribe offer stays in the app for 60 days after the plan ends.
- Re-subscribe before the end date and the unused subscription credits from your current period move into your wallet balance, where they no longer expire — plus a welcome-back bonus set by the tier you buy.
| Tier you re-subscribe to | Carry-over bonus |
|---|---|
| Pro | +10% |
| Premium | +20% |
| Ultimate | +30% |
An annual legacy plan also transfers the credits for its prepaid future months, but only the current period's credits earn the bonus. Your new billing period starts the day you re-subscribe, not when the old plan would have ended. Carried-over credits land in the wallet balance, and wallet credits can't pay subscription fees. Gift-card subscriptions aren't eligible for carry-over.
Re-subscribing early is optional — you can subscribe again at any time afterwards. Only the unused credits and the bonus depend on doing it before the end date.
Payment methods
| Method | Renews automatically | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card | Yes | The default rail; shown as Credit Card in payment history |
| Cryptocurrency | No | Ends on the date shown; can't be cancelled or changed in-app |
| Telegram Stars | Yes, inside Telegram | Managed in the Telegram app, not here |
| Gift card | No | Ends on the date shown — Gift cards & codes |
Which methods you're offered depends on the deployment and can change; the checkout page confirms what's available to you. Recurring checkout does not support WeChat Pay or Alipay — Want to use WeChat Pay or Alipay? offers the one-time alternatives: buy credits, or buy a gift card and redeem it for a subscription.
Reverie itself has no invoice section and no VAT or business-number field. Your purchases are listed under Payment history with date, description, provider, amount and status; Manage billing opens the payment provider's own portal, which is where invoices live.
Refunds
Subscriptions and credit purchases are not refundable. Once the AI has processed usage the cost is already spent, so Reverie doesn't issue refunds on subscriptions or credit packs. If something on a paid plan isn't working, contact support — the fix is replacement credits or a plan adjustment, not a refund.
